Public Comments MUST Be Allowed At Jan. 23rd Public Meeting

This letter from Christa Westerberg to Chairman Jim Nygaard of the Waupaca County Planning and Zoning Committee details why the public should be allowed to speak before the board votes on the Faulks' Bros. sand mine permit on Tuesday, January 23rd. .

Nygaard stated at a December board meeting that the public would not be allowed to speak and instead the board will vote on the permit and be done. Westerberg details how that is not legal and demands that the public be allowed to speak.
